Q- I run my own bar/restaurant/premises. Can you supply me with a machine?
A- Unfortunately, we are not able to supply the end user since we have no support
infrastructure.. We can, however, suggest someone in your local area who might be
able to help you. Call us.
Q- How do I open a credit account with you?
A- Normally, your first sale will be proforma so that we get all your details right.
Thereafter, following some credit checks, we will normally open a 30 day trade account,
with some restrictions.
Q- How do I see the prices on your website?
A- If you are a bone-fide trade customer, email the sales office with your details
and they can issue you with a username and password.
Q- What’s the WEEE charge on my invoice?
A- That is the charge levied so that at the end of an item’s life, you are able to
return the product to us and we will dispose of it in through the proper channels.
Q- My water cooler is broken. Can I get spares or a repair service from you?
A- We afford this service to trade customers who will normally have purchased the
equipment from us. If you did not buy your goods form us then you should ask the
company who supplied it in the first place.
Q- Can you send goods direct to my customer?
A- Yes. Give us the details and we’ll do the rest. You can even supply your own delivery
note to accompany the machines
